The Ihasz Sisters’ first major real estate project was the purchase, development and sale of 7-15 west 44th street in Manhattan. Since this sale, Cathleen and Nicole have focused their real estate investment efforts primarily on sourcing undervalued properties, developing them, and either using them for rental income or flipping them for a compelling return. They have invested in or are currently invested in real estate in NYC, Southampton, Los Angeles, Vermont, and Budapest.
